As a professional barber I strive to provide all of my clients with a great cut and excellent customer service.  To provide this level of service, I operate on an "Appointment Only" system.  In this busy world time is very important, as they say "Time is Money".  No one wants to waist half a day in a barber shop.  With my system there is:

  •      NO sitting around all day 
  •      NO having to come back later when you have more time.
How Appointments work 

  •      Clients usually are in and out within 30 - 45 minutes
  •      Standing appointments are available
  •      Appointments allow you plan your day

How do I set an appointment?
  •      If you are a weekly client you can set your appointment time before you leave
  •      Book on the website - (Website gives all available times and dates)
Can I make an appointment the same day?
This is a "Call Ahead" and is "Not" an appointment.  I will be glad to fit you in, there will be a ($5 fee) 
(example) Client calls in at 1pm and wants to come in at 2:30pm)  
Client will be fit in between appointments as time permits

What is a "NO SHOW"?
This is when a client does not show for their appointment and doesn't call to cancel.  No Shows are the worst because it holds up a time slot that could have went to another client, thereby costing me money because it could not be booked.  

  •      1st time - Client assessed a $15 fee
  •      2nd time - Client will be assessed cost of the haircut & will not be allowed to book appointments without pre-payment online

What if I am late?
We know in LA with all the traffic things do happen.  So there is a (10 minute) grace period given before the appointment will have to be rescheduled.  Please call ahead if possible.  

  •      1st time - Client will be fit into next available time slot - (NO charge)
  •      2nd time - Client will be fit into next available time slot - $10 fee
  •      3rd time - Client will be assessed a ($15 fee)
  •      4th time - Client will not be allowed to book appointments without pre-payment online
